Kyra Minturn
KyraMinturn, born August 19, 1965 is an American actress. Her most prominent role is that of the Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson, on TNT's crime drama The Closer. Sedgwick was awarded a Golden Globe Award and an Emmy Award for her portrayal as Johnson in 2007. The seventh season of the series concluded on August 13, 2012. Sedgwick is also remembered for her recurring character as Madeline Wuntch, on the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Sedgwick received nominations for the Golden Globe award for her performance in Something to Talk About (1995). Her film credits include Oliver Stone's Born in July (1989) as well as Cameron Crowe's Individuals (1992), Heart and Souls-1993), Phenomenon (1996) and What's cooking (2000) and Secondhand Lions (2003). The Game Plan (2007) and The Possession (2011) are in addition to her numerous.
